## Why go

It's small-town summer just over the Tacoma line: a pie contest, kids running around the park, and fireworks you can watch from a blanket.

## What happens

The 2026 edition had an Old West theme. Friday opened at 5pm with a cowgirl trick show, campfire stories, line dancing and a tribute band. Saturday brought a beer garden from noon to 9pm, the Fir'CRUST Pie Bake-off and Junior Bake-off, a watermelon-eating contest, yoga in the park, a pet walk, maker vendors, food trucks, a Kidz Zone and fireworks after dark.

## Good to know

The city's page didn't list an admission price. The beer garden on the tennis courts is 21 and over.

**Next year:** mid-July. The City of Fircrest events calendar will have it.
