## Why go

A new play with a real pedigree: born in the Playhouse's own Festival of New Voices, Donna Kaz's story follows urban forestry expert Edna Gregory through 1981 New York, friendship, and chosen family.

## What happens

The October 18 performance is a Sunday 2pm matinee in the October 9–25 run. Note the pay-what-you-can industry night follows at 7:30pm the same evening — same show, cheaper seats, separate crowds.

## Good to know

Book through the Playhouse box office link. Pricing was not shown on the show page at check time (the feed listed $5–$32, unconfirmed), and age guidance was not stated.
