Washington’s biggest Munich-style party, 21 years running: authentic German food and bier, oompah bands by day, party bands after dark, and a Wiener Dog Race midway through.
What happens
A three-day festival with German food and bier gardens, live music and dance, the ceremonial keg tapping, Wiener Dog Races, the Stein Dash 5K, stein-holding contests, Hammerschlagen, and family activities. Hosted by yodeler Manuela Horn.
