These terms cover using TacomaIRL and sending us events.

Listings are provided as-is

We do our best to keep event details accurate, but organizers change their plans, and mistakes happen. Always check the official link on a listing before you go. We aren't responsible for an event that's canceled or changed, a detail an organizer gave us that turns out to be wrong, or anything that happens at an event we've listed.

If you submit an event

When you submit an event, you're telling us it's open to the public, happening in person in our coverage area, has a real date and time, and that you've given us a working link where we can confirm it. Sending false or misleading information can get your event rejected or removed. We may edit what you send to fit our style, but we keep the organizer's title.

We can remove or change a listing

We can remove a listing, or mark it canceled or postponed, at any time — for example if the event no longer meets our listing policy, if we find out a detail was wrong, or if the organizer confirms it's off. We don't delete canceled or postponed listings; we mark them instead, since people may have shared the link. If an event is rescheduled, we update the date and note it was moved.

Corrections

If something's wrong, report it from the listing's page or email hello@tacomairl.com. We check it against the official source and fix it, usually within two days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date above shows when we last did.
