TacomaIRL collects only what we need to run the site. If you submit an event, report a problem, contact us, or sign up for the newsletter, we may receive information like your name, email address, phone number, organization, and whatever you choose to send us. We use that information to handle your request, run TacomaIRL, prevent spam, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. We also collect basic, non-identifying site analytics and search activity to understand how people use TacomaIRL.

We use a few companies to make the site work, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email, Kit for the newsletter, and Umami for analytics. We don’t sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or give it to sponsors. We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the reason it was collected and for backups or legal obligations.

We don’t use advertising trackers or intentionally track you across other websites. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control settings don’t change how TacomaIRL works because we don’t sell or use your information for cross-site advertising.
