Why go
The rare festival where the main attraction is sitting in the driver’s seat: dozens of giant trucks and tractors to climb on, plus pumpkin decorating, crafts, games, and a pumpkin-chucking slingshot.
What happens
Saturday, October 17, noon to 3pm at Fort Steilacoom Park. Free hayrides, hard hats, and pumpkins for kids (one per family while supplies last), plus food trucks, market vendors, and free parking.
Good to know
Yearly, all-ages, and free. Pumpkins run out — earlier is better.
