Why go
It’s the Puyallup Fair. Whether you go for the scones, the rides, the barns or the grandstand concert, it’s a South Sound tradition.
What happens
Carnival rides, animal barns, exhibits, fair food and grandstand concerts.
Good to know
Closed Tuesdays, and also closed Wednesday, September 9, in 2026. Kids 5 and under are always free. During Free Kids Weekend (September 4–7 in 2026), anyone 18 and under got in free, and military members and their families got in free on Fridays.
Next year: most of September, opening on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Ticket deals start in summer at thefair.com.
